My account seems to be locked – how do I unlock it?

Account locks can happen after repeated incorrect password attempts, a security flag or if a responsible gaming cool-off or self-exclusion is active. Contact support at support@hh777.fun to find out the reason and how to resolve it. The team is available around the clock. If you requested a cool-off or self-exclusion yourself and want to check the status, mention that in your message.

What Is Waiting When You Log In to hh777

Your hh777 account is the same every time you sign in. Balance, bonus status, betting history, active promotions, VIP tier – all of it exactly as you left it. The login process is quick by design: enter your mobile number or email, your password and you are in. There is no additional confirmation step unless you are signing in from a new device, in which case a short verification is sent to your registered mobile number.

For cricket fans, logging back in during a live match means your in-play markets are still available and your pre-match bets are tracking. The hh777 sportsbook covers every Pakistan international fixture, all PSL seasons as they run, bilateral T20 series and major international leagues. Ball-by-ball in-play betting for cricket is one of the platform features that regular users tend to use most – you can place bets between overs, after a wicket falls or at a change of innings when the odds shift.

If casino is more your thing, the slots, table games, crash titles and live casino section are all accessible as soon as you sign in. The live casino runs around the clock so there is always a seat open on Blackjack, Baccarat or Roulette, regardless of whether you are logging in at noon or at midnight. New slot titles are added regularly and your recent games are listed on your account dashboard for quick access.

Payments in PKR are visible the moment you log in. Your current balance, any active bonus balance and recent transaction history are displayed on the account home screen. Withdrawals can be initiated directly through your account – funds go back to your registered JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account, Raast-linked account or bank transfer. hh777 processes withdrawals promptly and in PKR, without any currency conversion delays.

If you are part of the VIP programme, your tier status and progress towards the next level are shown in your account. VIP members get improved withdrawal speeds, higher deposit and withdrawal limits and access to exclusive seasonal promotions – particularly active during major cricket events and PSL. The higher your tier, the more visible these benefits become in your dashboard after login.

Using the hh777 App? Your login credentials work identically on the Android app. Download it from the App page, enter your existing username and password and your full account opens immediately – same balance, same history, same live markets.

Account Security Reminder: Never share your hh777 password with anyone, including people claiming to be hh777 support. hh777 support staff will never ask for your password. If you receive a message asking for it, contact support at [email protected] to report it.

Keep Your Account Safe

Account Security Tips for hh777 Players

A secure account means your PKR balance and personal data stay protected. These habits make a real difference.

Use a Password You Have Not Used Anywhere Else

Your hh777 account is only as secure as your password. Use a combination of letters, numbers and a symbol. Avoid obvious choices like your name, date of birth or "123456". A password manager makes this much easier to manage if you have many accounts.

Do Not Share Your Login Credentials

Your account is personal and registered to you. Sharing login details with others – even family members – is against platform terms and leaves your account and balance exposed. Each person should have their own registered account.

Always Log Out on Shared Devices

If you ever log in to hh777 on a device that other people use, always log out when you are done. Leaving an active session open on a shared device is one of the most common ways accounts get accessed without permission.

Keep Your Registered Mobile Number Up to Date

Your mobile number is used for verification when signing in from a new device and for account recovery. If your number changes, update it through your account settings promptly. An outdated number means you may be locked out if you ever need account recovery.

Contact Support Immediately If Something Feels Wrong

If you see transactions you did not make, login alerts from locations you were not at or any other suspicious activity on your account, contact support at [email protected] straight away. The team is available 24/7 and can freeze your account immediately if needed while the situation is investigated.

Forgot Your Password? Use the password reset option on the login screen. A reset link or code will be sent to your registered email or mobile number. If you no longer have access to either, contact support at [email protected] with your account details and the team will verify your identity and assist with account recovery.

Yes. Your hh777 account is the same across the website and the Android app. Use your existing username/mobile and password to log in on the app. Your full balance, betting history, bonus status and VIP tier carry over seamlessly. There is no need to register separately for the app.

When hh777 detects a login from a device that has not been used for your account before, a one-time verification code is sent to your registered mobile number. This is a security measure to make sure it is actually you signing in, not someone who has got hold of your password. Enter the code you receive and your login will be completed. If you did not request the login, do not enter the code and contact support immediately.
